Blandy & Blandy LLP has welcomed three new trainee solicitors, joining current second-year trainees Sophie Stone and Kayleigh Chapman.

Jennifer Scott joins the firm’s probate, tax & trusts team for her first seat, having worked as a conveyancing executive for a solicitors firm in the south.

She said: “I’m really excited to have the opportunity to join a firm as reputable as Blandys as a trainee solicitor. I’m looking forward to learning first hand from legal experts at the top of their field.”

Undertaking her first seat in the employment team, Lyssa Reeve added: “I am delighted to be joining Blandy and Blandy. I was impressed with the firm’s excellent reputation and I am excited to be completing my first seat in the employment team, highly regarded by clients in London and across the Thames Valley.” Lyssa previously spent three years working as a paralegal at Foxtons Group plc.

Joining the dispute resolution team, Jessica Smith commented: “Having worked at Blandy & Blandy for the past 14 months as a legal assistant in the probate, tax & trusts department, I have experienced the firm and its values first hand. I am delighted to begin my first seat in the dispute resolution team, where I have already enjoyed a variety of high quality work, while the support from my colleagues has been invaluable.”

Scott, Reeve and Smith completed their degrees at Southampton Solent, Portsmouth and Kent respectively, while all three went on to study at the University of Law.
