Brighton-based Cow Corner has invested in The Software Consulting Group (SCG), the Canadian company behind The Software Institute and NETbuilder brands.
Both brands serve clients across a host of industries, including banking and finance, local government, manufacturing and pharmaceuticals.
SCG will look to strengthen its market position in the delivery of tech solutions off the back of Cow Corner’s investment.
Tony Lysak, CEO of SCG, said: “We’re excited to announce this strategic partnership with Cow Corner.
“The investment marks a new chapter for our company, enabling us to enhance our capabilities and drive greater value for our clients.
“We look forward to leveraging the expertise and resources of Cow Corner to support our ambitious growth plans.”
