Homeless charity the winner as PDT Solicitors secure biggest ever lending deal for client

PDT Solicitors helped CAF Bank secure its biggest ever lending transaction that will help a homeless charity expand its operations.

The Horsham-based legal firm advised CAF Bank on the loan to the as yet unspecified charity which will be used to support the delivery of a hostel and additional accommodation.

The lending facility will help the charity support over 165 people who are presently awaiting accommodation.

The deal was concluded by Holly Goacher and Chehraz Fox of PDT Solicitors.

CAF Bank specialise in providing banking with purpose and lending into the charitable sector.
