Oxford: VSL & Partners completes sublease to OEE Consulting

Oxford commercial property agents VSL & Partners has completed a subletting of 8100 Hailwood at Oxford Business Park to OEE Consulting, which is relocating from its current base in Chipping Norton.

Acting on behalf of US-based Wiley publishers, VSL & Partners agreed a sub lease for a period of seven years for part ground floor office accommodation comprising 4,000 sq ft.  

The high-quality office building provides a mix of cellular and open-plan space and has been let at a rental of £22.50 per sq ft. VSL acted jointly with Aston Rose and Noyes Lewis Commercial Property acted for OEE in this transaction.  

OEE Consulting has been based in Chipping Norton and specialises in business improvement and transformation, helping leading brands to improve customer experience through operational excellence.  

Duncan May of VSL & Partners said: “This move marks an important phase in the growth of OEE Consulting.  These new offices provide them with a more professional working environment with flexible meeting and training space and in a far more accessible location. Achieving a rental of £22.50 per sq ft shows continued growth in headline rents in the Oxford office market.”

VSL acts as local agents marketing commercial space at Oxford Business Park, which is recognised as Oxford’s premier business location.  A further 4,420 sq ft is available on the ground floor offering a mixture of open-plan and cellular office space ready for immediate occupation.
