The Thames Valley Property Awards are back, and with the nominations process in full swing we’re looking forward to hearing from the best-of-the-best in the region’s property sector.

As always, these awards will bring together all the top agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers and dealmakers for an unmissable night of networking and awards. Nominations are open until the 31st of May, so there’s still time for you to get involved.

There are 15 coveted awards up for grabs at this year’s event, and one of our most established categories is the Commercial Landlord of the Year. Sponsored by IBB Law, this award will be presented to the landlord that has demonstrated the most innovative approaches to their challenges as well as to the challenges of their tenants within the qualifying period.

We recognise that Commercial landlords really have their work cut out in today’s climate, but the best of them are finding ways to attract new tenants, to offer new premises and to keep up the vibrancy of our highstreets and business parks.

This deserves to be celebrated, so if you think you know the Commercial Landlord of the Year, head over to the event page now and enter for the chance to be crowned a winner at this year’s black-tie gala event.

Entering the awards online is quick, easy and absolutely free.

It’ll be a close call with so many incredible potential winners actively working within the region to drive forward changes in the ever-evolving property sector, but only one of them can be named the Commercial Landlord of the Year.

Don’t miss out on the Thames Valley’s property event of the year – nominate now

Thank you again to IBB Law for sponsoring this award and event.
