Glendine has completed a refurbishment on part of the Crescent scheme on the Viables Business Park to the south of Basingstoke. The campus scheme comprises just over 100,000 sq ft, with 37,000 sq ft now occupied by the rapidly expanding Vison RT, specialists in the laser-controlled radio therapy medical sector.

The Crescent occupies a ‘gateway’ location on Viables and is home to a number of multinationals including De LaRue, Adidas, Sony Professional Solutions, Capita, The Highways Agency, Fujitsu and the innovative technology company, Hawk-Eye.

Glendine’s refurbishment has transformed the first floor space in Building B, comprising 17,800 sq ft within the three unit scheme. New air conditioning and LED light fittings have been installed, toilet areas have been substantially upgraded and the reception/entrance foyer has been revamped to provide a striking point of arrival.

The ground floor of Building B remains in a 'shell' format and offers a further 18,000 sq ft.

The Basingstoke offices of BDT and Hollis Hockley are joint agents for Glendine and are quoting £17.50 per sq ft for the refurbished space or £15 per sq ft for ‘combined use’ floor space. The overall parking ratio on the scheme is 1:264 sq ft.

Building C within the development offers a further alternative comprising a self-contained two-storey building of 21,860 sq ft with 80 car spaces. This facility has been stripped back to ‘shell and core’ and requires a bespoke refurbishment for a new tenant.
