South Coast based automotive group Hendy has launched a dedicated management development programme with 120 of its leading managers and future stars signed up to the 12 month course.
Hendy commercial director Mark Busby said the company is working with Complete Consulting to deliver the tailormade programme for sales, aftersales and corporate managers.
“Hendy is a leader in this sector and we are committed to the ongoing investment in staff for the future. I believe that this will ensure we remain at the forefront of customer service, while supporting our current managers and the managers of the future, who are so important in our success,” said Busby.
“We hope this programme will support the development of the manager’s leadership skills, so that they can best manage their teams effectively now and in the future, and we are delighted to be offering this extensive individual coaching, mentoring and support.”
Danielle Swain, director of Complete Consulting, said the course will include group training days together with one to one coaching sessions, with each manager having a dedicated coach during the programme.
“The training will be experiential and tailored to individuals; it is all about making content accessible to the managers and allows them to make practical use of what we teach,” she said.
The programme is part of a wider training strategy for the group which is an Institute of Motor Industry (IMI) approved centre.
