Osborne Clarke made a number of planned investments in new technology platforms, refurbishing its flagship London office and maintaining payment of a profit share.

"Our people are key to our business and we couldn't achieve these results without their hard work. We recognise that taking care of our people means we can provide better services for our clients."

"It's been an exciting year for us, we've enhanced the range of services and technologies we offer clients and improved working environments and development opportunities for our people. We continue to have strong results which means we can make greater investments into the business to support our ongoing success," commented Ray Berg, UK Managing Partner Osborne Clarke.

"We are very proud to have delivered another strong set of financial results. It tops off what has been a fantastic year for our Reading office. Thanks to our award wins at the Thames Valley Deal Awards and The Legal 500 Awards, Osborne Clarke has been singled out as one of the leading law firms in the region.  We have built a strong foundation for success in Reading by advising on a number of big name deals and working closely with clients on their  digital transformation journeys," commented Rob Wood, head of Osborne Clarke's Reading office.
