Three Features of the Property Deal of the Year

The real estate landscape is constantly evolving, shaped by transformative deals and transactions that leave an indelible mark on the region.

As we move into the final stage of nominations for the South Coast Property Awards 2024, we’re looking to name the Property Deal of the Year. Sponsored by Blake Morgan, this award will be presented to the worthiest deal that has taken place within the qualifying period.

But with the South Coast being home to such a vibrant and active property sector and so many deals being worked on every day, how will our independent judges settle on just one winner?

Here are three features that they’ll be looking for in the Property Deal of the Year:

Significance

Primarily our judges are looking for the deal that is the most significant. Whether it's the sheer scale of the transaction, its strategic importance, or its impact on the local community, winning deals are those that resonate far beyond the boardroom. These deals not only shape the physical landscape but also contribute to the economic and social fabric of the region, benefitting all those involved.

Innovative Solutions

With so many deals having occurred within the region during the qualifying period, what will set nominees apart from others is their ability to highlight the innovative solutions that drove the deal. Whether you embraced sustainable practices, revitalised neglected urban areas, or made use of new cutting-edge technologies, innovative deals inspire progress and set new benchmarks for excellence in the industry.

Effective Collaboration

Behind every successful property deal lies a web of collaboration and partnership. Whether it's developers, investors, local authorities, or community stakeholders, winning transactions are built on a foundation of cooperation and mutual trust. These deals exemplify the power of collective action, bringing together diverse perspectives and expertise to overcome challenges and unlock opportunities that benefit the entire region.

Still haven’t entered the South Coast Property Awards 2024

Time is running out – with nominations closing next Friday (March 22nd), this is your last chance to enter for the chance to be crowned a winner at the South Coast region’s property event of the year.

Entering the awards online is quick, easy and absolutely free – don't miss out on this golden opportunity to get your name out there in front of the biggest names in the region!
