Thames Valley: Blue Array takes space at Reading Bridge House

Blue Array, a fast-growing digital marketing company, has taken 2,065 sq ft of ground floor space at Reading Bridge House, relocating from Theale. 

Reading Bridge House, leased by Lambert Smith Hampton, Campbell Gordon and Bray Fox Smith, has recently undergone extensive refurbishment by VC3 including a newly installed on-site café, run by popular local artisan coffee house, Lincoln Coffee House.

Blue Array has agreed a five-year lease joining Capita, Thames Water and One Select Energy in this iconic central Reading building.

VC3, c/o Berkley Estates London, is represented by property agents Lambert Smith Hampton, Campbell Gordon and Bray Fox Smith. Blue Array was unrepresented.
