Stiles Harold Williams (SHW) has announced the promotion of two directors, Gemma Quinn and Duncan Bannister, to the level of partner in their South East-based team.

Gemma, who joined SHW in 2017 and was promoted to director in 2021, will take the title of partner and head of the professional services team covering SHW’s London and South-London offices. Gemma’s promotion reflects her involvement in growing the company’s professional services team and her hand in increasing profits in valuations year on year.

Duncan, who has worked at SHW since 2013 and promoted to director in 2021, has been promoted to partner based on his contributions to the firm’s Private Rented Sector where he combined the two largest PRS teams in the firm (the South London and East-Sussex teams). The contributions Duncan has made have increased profits year on year across his team’s service line, which covers Central London, Greater London, East Sussex and the rest of the South Coast.

Managing partner at SHW Russell Markham said: “Both Gemma and Duncan’s experience, ideas, and dedication to the business - and to their teams - has enabled SHW to grow its Professional and PRS services exponentially, significantly contributing the overall growth of the firm.

''By leading by example, their support for all levels across their teams is inspiring and their promotion to Partner very much deserved. Speaking on behalf of my fellow Partners, I am delighted to acknowledge their hard work and am confident they have much more to give in their new positions.”
