Southampton law firm Moore Blatch has appointed Lee Edwards as a new partner specialising in commercial property.
Edwards also has particular experience in the area of development funding – acting for a large range of both borrower and lender clients, with typical deal sizes ranging in value from £2 million to £50m.
Commenting on his appointment Edwards said: “The property team at Moore Blatch has an excellent reputation and I look forward to working with it as it continues to grow during 2017 and beyond.”
Martin Duck, partner and head of land development, said: “Lee’s experience will be a further asset to the property team. He is highly regarded by clients for his commercial approach and pragmatic solutions, particularly with regard to complex cases, and we are delighted to welcome him to the team.”
