Southampton’s thriving Centurion Park has added He Man Dual Controls to its line-up of businesses, leaving just two units remaining available to occupiers.

The company, which manufactures vehicle controls used by driving instructors, has completed a move to the 9,891 sq ft Unit J at the site in Bitterne Road – becoming the latest in an influx of new occupiers at the site.

He Man Dual Controls joins leading names at Centurion Park including Screwfix, Royal Mail and motor parts supplier Go Trade Parts Limited (GTPL), a subsidiary of Vauxhall Motors, which has a large warehouse and trade counter unit at Unit E.

Lambert Smith Hampton and Vail Williams, joint agents for the park, are reporting significant levels of interest in the last two remaining units – Unit B, which offers 10,097 of ground floor space, and Unit C, at 10,072 sq ft.

Dan Rawlings, senior surveyor – industrial at LSH’s South Coast offices, said: “Centurion Park has been a huge success story for Southampton, attracting big name businesses thanks to its location, modern facilities and transport links. Units B and C are both good-sized, modern facilities that we expect to be very attractive to logistics occupiers.”

Units B and C both have associated ground and first-floor offices, ample parking and loading areas suitable for articulated lorries.

Centurion Park is approximately a mile and a half from Southampton’s Western Docks and Container Port, with Southampton City Centre approximately a mile to the west and connections to the M3 around four miles to the north. Bitterne Road West connects to Junction 7 of the M27.
