SEGRO, the leading owner, manager and developer of warehouse and industrial space, has bolstered its property team with the appointment of Jo Jackson as director, Thames Valley.
In her new role at SEGRO, Jackson will be responsible for the asset, leasing and property management teams that look after SEGRO’s Thames Valley portfolio, including Slough Trading Estate and SEGRO Park Bracknell.
Jackson joins from CBRE, where she was senior director in the valuation team, and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience including work on SEGRO’s London and Thames Valley Portfolios. Prior to that she spent 10 years with Deloitte Real Estate.
She said: “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at CBRE but after working closely with SEGRO over the last five years, I’m excited to join and drive forward future plans in the Thames Valley.”
James Craddock, managing director, Thames Valley at SEGRO, added: “I’m pleased to welcome Jo to the team. She brings invaluable skills and experiences, which will help us drive forward our efforts in the next stage of evolution of the Thames Valley portfolio, including at the unique Slough Trading Estate. It is Europe’s largest trading estate in single ownership and is home to a thriving business community. The estate has developed a reputation as both a world-class location for business and the UK’s leading data centre cluster and it’s well-positioned for the future for both.”
