An impressive line-up of finalists has been unveiled for the 2024 South Coast Property Awards. Headline sponsored by Amiri Construction, the leading commercial property event in the region will recognise the contributions of property agents, developers, planners, consultants, property lawyers, and dealmakers to the success of the sector.
Hosted by Simon Evans, one of the UK’s best-loved comedians, the glittering gala evening of awards will return to Hilton Southampton – Utilita Bowl on Thursday June 6th.
With support from our independent panel, category judges assessed entries across 15 award categories to decide their finalists with the decision on Outstanding Contribution still under careful consideration. The winner of this category will be announced on the night!
Category sponsors are AECOM, Barratt Homes, Blake Morgan, Cobweb Solutions, Eddisons incorporating Daniells Harrison, Goadsby, Gracelands, Lester Aldridge, LGCS Fitout, MSP Capital, SHW, South Coast CPS, and The Escape.
Jo Whittle, Operations Director at The Business Magazine, commented “Judges had a difficult task in deciding their shortlists from submissions for both the commercial and residential property sectors. Our finalists represent the cream of the South Coast property sector and we look forward to celebrating their outstanding achievements on the night.”
