The Ivy Collection is to open a brasserie in Marlow after signing a 25-year lease for a 5,000 sq ft unit with commercial developer Sorbon Estates.

The Ivy Marlow Garden is due to open this Spring at 66-68 High Street, Marlow.

The unit is currently undergoing extension works to allow for a 100-cover restaurant and garden with outdoor seating for all-day dining.

Sorbon Estates acquired the vacant property and secured consent to extend in March 2016 and obtained A3 use for the unit in the August.

Chris Naylor, director of asset management at Sorbon Estates, said: “With The Ivy’s interest we explored extending the property into the rear walled garden and securing a high-class restaurant use, to support a vibrant High Street and complementing the existing restaurant offering in Marlow.

“Marlow is fast becoming a foodie destination with boutique and fine-dining venues and having the prestigious Ivy on its high street will be a fantastic addition.”
