Henley's Common Ground promotes new General Manager
Henley-based Common Ground Estate and Property Management has promoted William Beauchamp to the role of General Manager of the business.
Having only joined the firm two years ago as a foundation level property manager, William has risen quickly to a senior leadership role within the firm, having completed Associate and Member level professional exams with the Institute of Residential Property Management during his tenure.
William’s appointment will see Property Manager Matthew Collis moving into his vacated position while another Property Manager, Melissa Meighan, has also been appointed.
William will be charged with managing the firm’s 16 staff along with day-to-day administration of Common Ground.

Alan said: “William joined the business in March 2021, hit the ground running and hasn’t really stopped since then. Every challenge I throw at him he responds to in a positive and efficient way.
“Within six months he had boosted service levels within the department, and he’s continued to promote and enhance that culture ever since.”
