Develop Croydon launches new commercial space website
A new website has been launched by Develop Croydon to provide up-to-date listings of available commercial space.
Croydon Commercial is a free-to-use resource which will enable employers to virtually visit and explore office space in the borough along with expressing an interest, making it easy for prospective occupiers to find the ideal space and for landlords and agents to list available space.
On every listing Landlords can offer 360-degree virtual tours, brochures and highlight key information including which agent to contact to find out further details.
The platform has been launched with the support of Croydon-specialist agents Chase Sinclair Clark and SHW. Discussion is already underway to expand the platform to include industrial and retail space.

Vanessa Clark, Principal, Chase Sinclair Clark, said: “The newly launched Croydon Commercial platform is a really useful platform for both landlords and prospective occupiers alike. Easy to use and packed with information, Croydon Commercial is a great tool and showcases the array and quality of office space available in the borough – at a fraction of the cost of many central London offices.”
Thomas Tarn, Associate at SHW, said: “The Croydon Commercial platform will be a really simple way for existing and future occupiers to understand the commercial property available and on the market in Croydon. We’re delighted to have played a part in its development and look forward to continuing to use it as Croydon continues to grow.”
Jason Perry, Croydon’s Executive Mayor, said: “We want to kickstart regeneration in the heart of our town centre, making Croydon a more welcoming, cleaner, greener and accessible destination for people to live and work in. We have a diverse business base here in Croydon and want to attract further suitable and sustainable businesses to our commercial spaces, helping our town centre truly thrive.”
“This platform is a great opportunity for landlords to play their role in helping the council achieve its aim of attracting further business to the borough - I would suggest visiting the website and making an enquiry today.”
