David Wilson Homes have launched a series of properties with an equestrian outlook, the Newbury Racecourse development.

The development consists of three, four and five bedroom homes which all have either living rooms or bedrooms overlooking the famous racecourse, allowing residents to watch the horse racing from their windows.

The homes are situated approximately two miles out from Newbury, giving residents access to a variety of entertainment facilities, while the nearby Rocking Horse Nursery will be useful to parents moving to the site.

It is also situated close to a number of high performing primary and secondary schools including St Gabriel’s, Bradfield College, St Bartholomew’s and Downe House.

Emma Hawkins, Sales Director at David Wilson Homes Southern, said: “Newbury Racecourse has to be one of the most exciting developments we have ever worked on, due to its superb and exclusive location.

“We currently have a selection of properties that have been tailored to meet the needs of a range of homebuyers, from growing families, to working professionals.

“We’d like to encourage anyone interested in reserving a place at this already thriving community to book a viewing appointment with the on-site sales team.”
