Revenues up 12.5 per cent at Sussex-based property consultancy SHW
South East property consultancy Stiles Harold Williams (SHW) has posted growth for the past financial year.
Headquartered in Brighton, revenues at the firm rose to £16.5 million, up 12.5 per cent on the previous year.
Growth was driven by expansion into Hampshire and the acquisition of a niche London-based advisory.
SHW also broadened its service lines to include architecture and out of town retail across the South East and beyond.
Russell Markham, managing partner, said: “Essential to our growth is the staff within the firm, all of whom continue to provide excellent property advice to our clients – who continue to trust us to deliver their property requirements.
“We’re continually improving the manner in which we act for clients and the professional way we endeavour to make property work for our clients.”
SHW’s professional, property management and building consultancy teams all saw improvement last year, while the agency team maintained their performance in a difficult market.
The firm employs around 190 staff across offices in London, South London, South West M25, South East M25, Crawley/Gatwick Brighton, West Sussex Coast, East Sussex and Hampshire.
