The Thames Valley Property Awards - the biggest property night in the region outside London - is set to be a record-breaking event, with more than 500 guests flocking to Ascot Racecourse on May 11.

With entries closing on March 3, property professionals are being urged to get their nominations in now for the annual celebration of all that's best in property in the Thames Valley over the past year.

Covering commercial and residential sectors, TVPA has an impressive list of sponsors. They include Segro, NatWest, Jelf, Hicks Baker, Kempton Carr Croft, Rare, Barton Willmore, Morgan Lovell, Peter Brett Associates, Pitmans, Vail Williams, Romans Group, Haslams, Regus, and McKay Securities. Media partner is CoStar and the supported charity is Alexander Devine Children's Hospice Service.

With 15 category winners set to be announced on the night, television presenter John Inverdale will have a pivotal role through the evening.

Judges meet on March 17 to decide the finalists.
