RSM, the advisory and accountancy firm, has appointed John Taylor as regional managing partner for the southern region. Taylor was previously office managing partner for the Southampton and Guildford offices. He takes over the regional role from Elfed Jarvis.
Paul Anthony becomes office managing partner for Southampton and Chris Hurren takes up the role in Guildford.
Taylor said he was happy to take over managing the Southern region during “an interesting time for both the firm and the wider industry.”
“I look forward to building on the successful legacy Elfed has built across the region,” he added.
Taylor is a partner in RSM's employer solutions team that specialises in employment taxes matters, tax-efficient remuneration planning, share option scheme advice and set up, international tax planning, HR and recruitment together with payroll bureau services. In addition Taylor looks after a portfolio of clients from those in the mid-market through to large UK and multinational plcs, with a specialism in the recruitment sector.
