International legal practice Osborne Clarke continues to expand its corporate team with the appointment of Louise Grzasko as a partner.

Louise returns to Osborne Clarke from Cheltenham-based BPE Solicitors where she held the position of partner and head of the corporate team.

She worked at Allen & Overy and Osborne Clarke before BPE and has almost 18 years' experience comprising a mix of ECM and public and private company M&A. She advises on corporate transactions including IPOs, takeovers, schemes of arrangement, demergers, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.

Louise commented: "I’m really happy to be back at Osborne Clarke as a partner in the firm’s highly regarded corporate team. To have the opportunity to develop my practice, working as part of a team of dynamic and expert lawyers, and to contribute to Osborne Clarke’s continuing success is a very exciting prospect. "

Osborne Clarke's UK corporate practice includes 36 partners and 65 lawyers. Louise will join the 11 corporate partners based in the firm's Bristol office.

Dave Ferris, Osborne Clarke's UK head of corporate, said: "It's great for us to welcome back to the firm such a talented lawyer as Louise. She is an experienced and technically excellent lawyer with a focus on public as well as private company transactions."

Louise Grzasko is the latest addition to Osborne Clarke's growing team of corporate partners. In autumn 2022 the firm welcomed Matt Lewy, a corporate energy partner from Womble Bond Dickinson, and Tom Lewis, a corporate structuring and simplification partner from PWC.
