Gateley Legal bolsters Reading residential development team with four appointments
Commercial law firm Gateley Legal has reinforced its expansion in the South East with four new appointments to its Reading-based development team.
Delphine Mehouas joins as a partner. Mehouas is well experienced, having spent 25 years at BDB Pitmans specialising in residential development acquisitions for local and national housebuilders as well as residential developers.
Sarah Webb joins Gateley from a decade long stint at Boyes Turner, her new role will be as legal director. Sarah has 20 years of experience in supporting housebuilders, residential developers and land traders with matters including acquisition disposals and the promotion of development sites across the South East.

Next is Tracy Best who has been appointed as an associate at Gateley following her departure from Knights, where she worked for eight years. Tracy will support the acquisitions team and work alongside senior team members whilst also being responsible for the development of junior employees.
AZ Perwaz joins as a newly qualified solicitor following two years of training at Taylor Rose MW. Az has experience in residential property matters and high-value transactions.
