Swindon outsourcing company heads to Southern Hemisphere for acquisition

Swindon-based outsourcing company Woven has  acquired BYC Aqua Solutions, a fellow outsourcing company based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Founded in 2002, Cape Town, BYC Aqua Solutions specialises in outsourced quality, coaching and software. The company helps clients with contact centres improve their services and quality. BYC Aqua Solutions operates in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, Singapore and Indonesia.

Woven's Chief Executive Officer Cyril Molitor said: “Through this acquisition of BYC Aqua Solutions, we are expanding our global presence and capabilities. This transaction supports our strategy to grow through acquisitions of companies that present innovative and disruptive solutions. BYC Aqua Solutions brings decades of experience and will provide us with the strategic capabilities we need to scale our business and further develop our infrastructure.
