Swindon outsourcing company heads to Southern Hemisphere for acquisition

Swindon-based outsourcing company Woven has  acquired BYC Aqua Solutions, a fellow outsourcing company based in Cape Town, South Africa.

Founded in 2002, Cape Town, BYC Aqua Solutions specialises in outsourced quality, coaching and software. The company helps clients with contact centres improve their services and quality. BYC Aqua Solutions operates in the United Kingdom, South Africa, Australia, Singapore and Indonesia.
