Business owners who are considering private equity investments are invited to hear a key panel discussion in Reading next month.

This is your opportunity to hear from a panel of distinguished guests on the current profile of private equity in the Thames Valley region and how it can help companies to realise their growth aspirations.

With a panel comprising of senior private-equity investors, professional advisers and an owner-manager who has completed the journey, the discussion aims to provide attendees with the following:

  1. a fresh perspective on the changing landscape of private equity, its relevance to different situations now and in the future
  2. thoughts on finding the right PE partner and how funders differentiate themselves
  3. views on how investors generate returns by supporting management teams to drive growth
  4. investor insights into what makes an investment opportunity stand out from the crowd
  5. a real-life example of what it was really like to go through the full investment cycle, with valuable lessons learned.

More details to follow shortly.

The event - supported by The Business Magazine — will be held at national audit, tax, advisory and risk firm, Crowe’s Reading office at 8:30 on Tuesday, June 25, 2019.
