Moreover's services will help organisations and consumers track relevant news content by organising, indexing and managing massive amounts of constantly updated online content filtered by source and other criteria in near real-time. Clients include major international and domestic consumers and many Fortune 500 companies.

Robert Rice, a partner in the corporate group at Boyes Turner manages the Firm's relationship with Paul Farrell and Moreover: "We are really pleased to have been able to assist Paul and his team with this key acquisition. It's always exciting to start to build new relationships and we look forward to building a great relationship with Paul and his team at Moreover in the future. Our route into this deal is particularly satisfying for us in that we were recommended to Paul by the legal team on the other side of one of the transactions which we closed last year for another of our clients."

In addition to steering the corporate legal advice relating to the UK side of the business, Boyes Turner advised on a range of issues from property through to employment matters pulling together expertise from across the firm.
