Reading: Boyes Turner advises Real Time deal

Boyes Turner has advised a US-based investor group led by Paul Farrell in its acquisition of the Real Time Publisher Services of VeriSign Inc. The transaction completed on May 12.

The acquired business will be consolidated and trade under the Moreover Technologies Inc name. (http://www.moreover.com)

Moreover's services will help organisations and consumers track relevant news content by organising, indexing and managing massive amounts of constantly updated online content filtered by source and other criteria in near real-time. Clients include major international and domestic consumers and many Fortune 500 companies.
