Are you the Commercial Landlord of the Year?

In the dynamic realm of the property sector, the role of a commercial landlord extends far beyond managing properties. It's about meeting the ever-changing needs of tenants, understanding the demands associated with the market, and maintaining the vitality of our shared spaces.

Often the unsung heroes of our highstreets and business parks, Commercial Landlords face a myriad of challenges. Yet, many of them in the South Coast region manage to drive the sector forward, not just as property managers but as catalysts for positive change.

To highlight the importance of this vital role within the region’s property sector, we’ll be naming the Commercial Landlord of the Year at the South Coast Property Awards 2024

Sponsored by Eddisons, this award will be presented to the individual that has demonstrated the most innovative approaches to the challenges they’ve faced as well as to the challenges of their tenants.

Are you implementing cutting-edge technologies to enhance property management? Perhaps you're pioneering sustainable practices that redefine the industry landscape. The Commercial Landlord of the Year award acknowledges those who think beyond traditional boundaries and redefine the ways in which people operate in the South Coast region.

So, do you think you’ve got what it takes to bring home this highly sought after accolade? Or perhaps you know someone whose innovative practices and dedication deserve acknowledgment? Nominate yourself or a colleague and join us at the Hilton at the Ageas Bowl on the 6th of June 2024 to celebrate the best in South Coast property.

Head over to the event page now and submit your nominations for the chance to be crowned a winner at the South Coast Property Awards 2024.

Thank you again to Eddisons for sponsoring this award and event.
