Reaction Engines and Cranfield Aerospace expand collaboration

Abingdon-based technology company Reaction Engines and Cranfield Aerospace Solutions have expanded their collaboration through which the companies explore additional aerospace applications for their zero-emission propulsion technology.
This expansion of collaboration was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that represents an expansion of both companies’ efforts to develop applications for their hydrogen fuel cell-based powertrain design.
A spokesperson for Reaction Engines said: ''The agreement marks a significant step towards maximizing the potential of our collective expertise and delivering practical sustainable aviation solutions across a range of applications.''

Reaction Engines is a privately held technology Company that works on space access and sustainable technologies. The company is best known for developing SABRE, a prominent class of aerospace propulsion.
