The Thames Valley has a blossoming life sciences sector, boasting as it does more than 135 companies and employing in excess of 8,000 employees in the sector.

The Business Magazine is now accepting nominations in the Thames Valley Tech Awards - Life Sciences and Health Tech Company of the Year category.

Sponsored by EY, this award covers quite a range of what is essentially work centred on utilising technology to improve well being, extending or indeed saving life. We certainly do not envy the task of the judges in this category.

EY have sponsored two categories at this year's Thames Valley Tech Awards. The accountancy firm also sponsor Sustainable Tech Company of the Year Award.

Be it drones deployed to deliver life saving cancer treatment to genome projects, robots on regenerative farming projects, using lab tech to revitalise our seabeds or new medical treatments The Business Magazine has covered these and many more cutting edge life science projects in the past 12 months.

The question is will they be nominated?

The nomination process is free, easy and available here: You can nominate your own company, yourself, a colleague or a company whose work you have been impressed by.
