Reading-based Office Principles, the office interior design company, has announced the addition of three new specialists to its team as part of the company's expansive efforts.

The new hires include Luke Wilkins as digital marketing director, Karl Carty as senior creative designer and research executive, Jack Laverick, who will all be based from Office Principles’ headquarters in Reading.

Luke brings more than a decade of experience to the team following a career spanning agency-side and in-house roles at a senior level. He has been tasked with growing revenue at the company through use of his knowledge of the industry.

Karl will support clients through the creative design process. He has 17 years’ industry experience, including roles with an architectural practice and more recently at office design and interior fit out firm, Morgan Lovell.

Jack will bolster the company’s business development function, with a particular focus on lead generation and research.
