Napier, the Chichester-based B2B technology PR and marketing firm, said it had welcomed Maddie Legg as an apprentice.
Maddie, who graduated from Northbrook MET with a first-class degree in Theatre Arts, has been hired via Baltic Apprenticeships - the tech-focused, tech-driven training provider.

To secure the place, Maddie had to demonstrate intellectual and commercial application of her abilities.
At Napier, she will be fully exposed to all aspects of the digital and communications marketing mix working alongside teams that are providing specialist tech services to the likes of ABB and Microchip.
"I’m really pleased to have joined Napier," she said.
"My exposure during my degree to filming and editing, as well as learning how to market using different strategies, made me realise I was well suited to content creation and digital marketing.
"I also love tech. That made Napier a perfect fit for what I want for my career."
Napier designs and runs creative campaigns for its clients and has a long track record of employing talented apprentices.
Managing director Mike Maynard said Maddie brought a "set of great skills and a genuine enthusiasm for the industry and what we do".
"We have every confidence that she’ll thrive in this environment and learn a lot. We expect to learn a lot from her, too.
"We’re pleased that Baltic are connecting us with talent who can help us stay at the cutting edge of our industry while providing our clients with a great service."
The company has offices in the US and UK and has clients in electronics, IT and industrial technology, among others.
In July last year, it became employee-owned, giving the whole team a financial stake in the company.
