Thames Valley law firm Blandy & Blandy has appointed Tony Sadler as its new finance director.

Award-winning Blandy & Blandy is recognised as a top tier firm in the UK’s leading guides to law firms, Chambers UK and The Legal 500.

The firm has offices in Reading and Henley-on-Thames and, following a record financial performance in 2022-23, recently announced plans to open an office in Wokingham this autumn.

Working closely with joint managing partners Tim Clark and Jonathan Gater, and colleagues in the senior management team, Tony will oversee finance and compliance within the firm.

A chartered accountant and fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW), his in professional services and finance spans over 35 years, including nearly a decade as the finance and commercial director at Coffin Mew, prior to its acquisition by Knights.

Tony said: “I am excited to be joining a leading regional firm with ambitious plans for the future and to be part of its management team taking the business forwards.”
