Leading South Coast law firm Lester Aldridge (LA) has strengthened its private client department with the appointment of new partner Kurt Lee, based at the firm’s Bournemouth office.
Lee has specialised in tax and trusts for over 16 years and brings to LA a wealth of knowledge in inheritance and capital gains tax planning strategies for individuals, trusts and owner-managed businesses. He also has significant expertise in the drafting of complex tax efficient wills for individuals where the circumstances require clear analysis and understanding of tax law.
In addition, Lee further enhances the company and commercial departments with his experience in dealing with the tax aspects of incorporating and demerging companies, employee share schemes and the setting up of enterprise investment schemes for outside investment in new and existing companies.
