Gatehouse Bank is set to buy Centrica’s headquarters at Windsor Office Park from TH Real Estate for circa £56.25 million or a 5.7% yield.

TH appointed Knight Frank in the spring to market the two buildings, spread across 121,320 sq ft on Maidenhead Road seeking £60m or a 5.25% yield.

Centrica, the energy and services group parent of British Gas, has a 10-year lease remaining, paying an average rent of £28 per sq ft on the buildings, which were completed in 2001.
