Trust Inns acquires Hampshire's the Fox Inn
Pub company Trust Inns has acquired Hampshire pub and restaurant the Fox Inn in a deal overseen by property advisors Christie & Co.
The finances for the deal are as of yet undisclosed.
Located in the village of North Waltham, the traditional inn can host up to 55 people and is held in high regard by residents. The pub was recently listed as an Asset of Community Value.
A spokesperson for Trust Inns said: “Trust Inns are delighted with the acquisition of the Fox Inn, which fits neatly within our diversely located and segmented portfolio across the UK. As an independently owned company we will continue to buy quality inns and pubs, and we’d like to say thank you to Richard and Christie & Co for their help in the successful purchase of the Fox.

Christie & Co has said that the sale represents an increased demand for pubs in the South of England.
