Trevor Developments to build high-tech manufacturing facility in Newport for KLA Corporation

Bromsgrove-based Trebor Developments has exchanged a Development Agreement with KLA Corporation to develop their new high-tech manufacturing, research and development and office facility in Newport, South Wales.

The building of 210,000 sq ft will represent c.$100 million investment by KLA in their expansion plans, providing new state-of-the-art innovation centre and facilities for up to 750 staff.

Trebor have appointed Andrew Scott Ltd as main contractor, with work on site commenced this month and completion expected in early 2025 followed by the completion of specialist technical manufacturing fit out.
