The Rose & Crown, a character Grade II listed inn located in the Cotswolds, has come to the market for offers around £450,000.
The business is currently not trading and Colliers has been appointed on the sale on behalf of the owners.

Serving the local population of Nympsfield since the mid-1800s the Rose & Crown has a cosy bar area which seats 36 and has two working fireplaces, alongside stone walls and period features.
There is also a restaurant that seats 40, with the former back bar being used as an overflow when needed. Outside there is a considerable amount of space, including a courtyard that can hold 30, alongside a garden at the front which seats 22. A large car park is across the road.
For staying guests there are three modern en suite letting bedrooms, one with feature bathtub, whilst the owner’s accommodation is a large two-bedroom flat.
