Thames Valley: Hicks Baker strengthens retail team

Hicks Baker has welcomed Gemma McCrae to the retail and leisure team as an associate, working alongside Fiona Brownfoot and Harry Bevins.

McCrae has a wealth of experience with 17 years’ in the retail and leisure commercial property market, specialising in leasing, asset management, property management and development.

She has spent the past six years working as an associate director for Majid Al Futtaim Properties based in Dubai, where she was responsible for driving the leasing and asset management on various new development and operational projects all over the Middle East.

Brownfoot said: “The combined experience and expertise that we will now have with Gemma joining us, will further secure our position as the leading retail and leisure team in the Thames Valley.”
