Student Roost nominated for four awards
Student Roost, a student accommodation provider with properties in Southampton and Brighton, has been nominated for four awards at the 2022 Property Week Student Accommodation Awards.
It is has been shortlisted for: UK Operator of the Year; Unsung Hero; Private Halls of Residence; and Health & Wellbeing Initiative – Student Property.
The consistently sold out Hollis Croft in Sheffield, the firm’s flagship accommodation, has been put forward for the Private Halls of Residence award. Along with Karaoke and cinema rooms it features a number of sustainable measures in terms of design and development.
Since its establishment in 2017, Student Roost has grown to manage 58 properties across the UK which accommodate for around 23,000 students.

The Property Week Student Accommodation Awards celebrate and reward accommodation providers, both private and university-owned, and their teams, properties and initiatives which have helped to provide the best university experience to its residents.
