Strong demand seen for industrial units at new Bromsgrove development
There has been unprecedented demand for new industrial units at Bromsgrove Enterprise Park in Worcestershire, according to commercial property firm GJS Dillon, which has been instructed to let them.
It said 17 of the 19 units at the Phase 2 development of Sapphire Court will have already been let by completion.

GJS Dillon was responsible for already letting the first phase of the development, which provided the starting point for two of the Midlands’ most successful high-growth companies - Gymshark and Lounge Underwear.
Andrew Lewis, GJS Dillon’s commercial agency director, said: "There are 17,500 businesses in North Worcestershire alone, the majority of which are SMEs.
"So this explains why only 2 of these 19 units are still available - they are ideally suited to the occupier both in terms of size and quality.
"As mentioned in our 2023 Worcestershire Commercial Property Market Report, we expect Bromsgrove’s headline rent of £9.51 per sq ft during 2022 to be surpassed due to new space such as this coming onto the market."
Bromsgrove Enterprise Park sits south of Bromsgrove town centre with easy access to the A38. Junctions 4 and 5 of the M5 and junction 1 of the M42 are within three miles. The Phase 2 units are constructed in five terraces and range in size from 1,000 to 7,000 sq ft.
