GJS Dillon negotiates sale of 'unique' property near Worcester city centre
Worcestershire-based commercial property firm GJS Dillon has negotiated the sale of a unique 2,796 sq ft period property as it said new space for the SME market was "needed desperately".
'Danks 2' was originally built as a boat house and sits around half a mile from Worcester city centre.
It boasts views and a water frontage to three sides - east, south and west of the Worcester to Birmingham canal.

"This kind of property is fairly unique in Worcester," said GJS Dillon commercial agency director, Andrew Lewis, who negotiated the sale on behalf of the vendor.
"As well as an open plan main area, it offers separate storage accommodation which is ideal.
"New space for the SME market is needed desperately, and the city would benefit considerably if more refurbished space such as Danks2 was available," he added.
The property’s vendor Mike Ballone said: "GJS Dillon were very helpful both with the change of the property’s use and with negotiating a complex sale."
