Southampton: LSH relocates as activity steps up
National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), is to move its South Coast operation this week, in a strategic reshaping of its regional team.
LSH’s Southampton team, which has resided at Ocean Village since 2006, is to relocate to Town Quay on the City’s waterfront. The modern office development will house all of LSH’s Valuation, Lease Advisory, Development and Building Consultancy specialists, as well as the current Agency teams servicing the West M27 corridor, Southampton, Poole and Bournemouth. Meanwhile, LSH's existing Agency teams in Fareham, covering the Eastern M27 corridor, Portsmouth and West Sussex, will remain in offices at Manor Court, Segensworth, where they have been for over 20 years.
Graham Holland, head of LSH’s South Coast offices, commented: “This is a strategically important move for our South Coast team; by bringing our Professional and Consultancy specialists under the same roof, we are aligning our service lines with our banking/financial and professional clients. By locating ourselves on these clients’ doorsteps, and in taking larger office space at Town Quay, we are gearing ourselves for expansion over the coming years.”
The existing Agency team in Fareham will remain focused on the East M27 corridor and West Sussex, working with owners and occupiers of office and industrial property as well as public sector bodies.
Holland added: “Our combined South Coast agency team is currently marketing some of the region’s most prominent schemes, including SEGRO’s South Coast portfolio, Helical and Chancerygate's trade park in Southampton, Fusion on Solent Business Park, and Langstone Technology Park in Havant. Furthermore, the team was this month awarded the ‘Most Active National Agent in Hampshire, Dorset & Wiltshire’ accolade for the fourth consecutive year from leading industry publication Estates Gazette.”
