CBRE’s Southampton office has appointed Jacqui Baxter as an associate director in the South Central valuation advisory team.
With more than 15 years’ experience in the valuation field, Baxter is a qualified member of RICS and in 2015 completed her Building Surveying Masters degree.
After several years in London investment and valuation teams, undertaking bank and portfolio valuations across a number of sectors, she relocated to the South Coast. She has spent seven years undertaking loan security valuations of development sites as well as LPA receivership of residential developments and investment properties.
