Andy Gibbs from commercial property experts Vail Williams has been named top deal maker in the Estate Gazette's commercial property awards, which recognise the best and busiest agents from around Hampshire over the past 12 months.
Gibbs, who jointly heads up the Solent business space team at Vail Williams, deals with office and industrial property disposals and acquisitions along the M27 corridor.
Earning him the accolade of Individual Deal Maker was his involvement in 65 deals across the area. These include a £1.7 million sale of industrial space in New Milton, 40,862 sq ft of industrial space leased at Eastleigh, and a lease of 20,000 sq ft of office space in Winchester.
He said: “Winning this award is an honour for me personally, but it’s also a reflection on how hard the team has worked, and the skills and experience we’ve offered our clients to deliver some great results.”
