Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has completed the sale of St Andrews Town Hotel in Droitwich Spa.
Originally built in the 1820s, the hotel features 31 ensuite letting rooms. There are also a range of wedding and event spaces, a sizeable reception hall, a bar area, and a formal restaurant.
Sam Roberts, Hotel Broker at Christie & Co, who handled the sale, said: “I am delighted to have secured an enthusiastic buyer for the St Andrews Town Hotel, it’s a magnificent hotel of grand proportions and one that deserves being brought back to its former glory. I’m very much looking forward to watching the new owner create something truly special.”
