SEGRO, Europe’s leading owner-manager and developer of industrial property, has secured six new lettings at the Slough Trading Estate with Outside Broadcasting Services, Breanga Wholesales, Travis Perkins (Properties), Tankbeer UK, BRT Group and Driveinvert.
The six companies have taken a combined total of 21,361 sq ft of business space, reflecting the demand that SEGRO is seeing for modern, well-located business premises.
Mura O'Byrne, director of finance at Outside Broadcasting Services, said: “This move is great news for us as a business. The high-quality units and great transport links were a key factor in our decision to move to this well-connected location. We are excited to embark on this new journey as a business and look forward to growing from this new location.”
Alex Weschta, commercial director at Tankbeer UK, added: “Not only does the Estate offer easy access to the main arterials of the national motorway network, but also places us in the centre of an innovative and collaborative work environment, hence our reason for relocating here.”
Paul Lewis, regional director for the Thames Valley at SEGRO, said: “The flexible leasing terms and diverse range of units on offer make the Trading Estate a leading location for business in the Thames Valley. We are delighted to welcome four new businesses to the Estate, while seeing two existing customers grow.”
