Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has secured two lettings for Knight Frank Investment Management at Aquasulis in Slough town centre.

Amsbra, trading as Build a Bear Workshop, has leased 6,200 sq ft of second-floor space; and Morgan Sindall Investments has leased the remaining 1,900 sq ft available on this floor for Slough Urban Renewal, which is a joint venture with Slough Borough Council.

Showing its commitment to Slough for the long term, Build a Bear has relocated from Windsor on a new 10-year lease. Morgan Sindall Investments, a key stakeholder in the regeneration of Slough, has committed to a new five-year term.

Caroline Waldron, senior surveyor at LSH, commented: “By showing flexibility and adapting to the occupier requirements, we have been able to bring about two solid lettings with strong covenants in a challenging and crowded market place, close to our quoting rent of £19.50 per sq ft.”
